How Different Communiations Options can Support the Classroom

     There are mant different communication options that one has, that are very useful in the classroom. These communication devices help everyone including teachers, students and parents. The different ways to communicate is through computers with email, cell phones with texts or calls,and IPADs. Also mps3 and ipods can help enhance a students learning. With parents a teacher can communicate in many ways, the major ways are through texts, email or phone calls. When using a text message to communicate with the parent it could be to ask for a conference or to let them know how there child is doing in class or for a easier and quicker way to let you know if they can meet with you or not. Now with emails if a parent cannot make it to a meeting or needs to let you know something or even to ask a question a very simple way is through email. For example, if they are not able to make it to a conference or school meeting you can easily email them the information or you can have an online conference if the parents are too busy to come in. As well as phones,  it is sometimes easier to talk discuss information on the phone, the teacher can also call everyone once in a while to let the parent how the student is doing.

     To communicate with students, technology is a major step to most. Computers are very helpful with learning as well as IPADs. On computers the students can take test, practice lessons, or even play learning games. Then the teacher can grade and give feedback to the students on the website or a grading site. Students just like parents can email a teacher for extra help or with any questions they may have. IPADs are a mini computer that you can take anywhere. So students can go class to class with an IPAD and take notes or do research or even do group assignments. With cell phones one has a calculator, internet, and phone all in one, which they can do many things at once or have a different way of doing work. Oh you also have access to IPODs and MP3s which a student can watch educational videos or listen to music or recordings. The beauty of having all these electronical devices is they can be monitored, teachers can access what students are doing from there own devices. They can block things as well or put passwords and have only certain things accessible. Parents can monitor emails and cell phones, especially if it is being used for school. Many different ways to communicate all which are successful.
